Acceptance Of Terms.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update them from time to time, and the current version on this page applies to your order.

Website Use.

Use the website lawfully. Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site. Information on the site is provided to help you plan a quote and may be refined over time.

Intellectual Property.

The site content, wordmark, layout, text, and graphics are the property of The Cosmo Packaging and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except where you are given files for your own approved order.

Customer Artwork — Rights And Indemnity.

You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, all artwork, logos, text, trademarks, and barcodes you supply, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. Production runs from the artwork you approve. You agree to indemnify The Cosmo Packaging against any third-party claim arising from the artwork or content you provide.

Authorization To Order.

By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to do so and that you authorize production of the packaging based on the approved specifications and proof.

Quotes And Pricing.

Quote direction is based on information provided by the client and order requirements. Final pricing can change after dimensions, finish, quantity, shipping, and artwork are confirmed. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, and any taxes or duties are added where applicable.

Orders, Approval, And Production.

Samples and orders should not begin until payment, artwork approval, and final specifications are complete. Approving the proof is the client's responsibility, and production starts from the approved proof. Full detail is in the order & artwork approval policy.

Payment.

Production starts after payment is confirmed. Accepted methods, deposits, and billing terms are set out in the payment & billing policy.

Reprints, Quality Claims, And Refunds.

Custom-printed packaging is made to your approved spec. Confirmed manufacturing defects, print errors, or short quantities on our side are resolved with a free reprint or a fair resolution, reported within 7 days of delivery. See the returns & refunds policy for how claims and cancellations work.

Warranties And Disclaimer.

We produce your order to the approved specification and finish. Slight variation in color and within agreed production tolerances is normal for custom packaging and is not a defect. Beyond the approved specification, no other warranty is implied.

Limitation Of Liability.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Delays And Force Majeure.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including customs holds, carrier delays, weather, natural events, or other disruptions. We keep you updated and work to resolve any delay.

Governing Law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Cosmo Packaging's place of business. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties before other steps are taken.
