Packlane's stated minimum for custom inserts is 2,000 units when you are starting from scratch and need help creating the dieline (as of March 2026, per Packlane's support documentation). They note a simple corrugated pad or divider may qualify for a reduced minimum, reviewed case by case, and that they do not offer ready-made inserts or dividers.
So the maths that brings people here: your box is fine at 25 units. Your insert is 2,000. You need 400.

Why beauty specialisation actually matters.

A serum bottle is not a generic object.
It has a neck, a dropper, a centre of gravity, and glass. Dropped into a box with no insert it rolls, the dropper loosens, and the bottle arrives either broken or greasy. The insert is not decoration — it is what keeps the bottle upright and still. Getting the cavity 0.5mm wrong means it either won't seat or it rattles.

Can you make the insert if I already have a box from someone else?
Send the specs and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing. Inserts are cut to the box and the product together — if the box is already made, tolerances get tight.
