Artwork File Requirements.

Files should be print-ready before production. We accept PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, and high-resolution TIFF formats. Minimum 300 DPI resolution ensures sharp printing at full size. Include 0.125" bleed on all sides so cut lines do not affect artwork edges.

Use CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction. RGB files can shift during the conversion process. All fonts should be outlined or provided as font files. Keep important text and logos inside the safe zone to avoid trimming issues.

Dieline Basics.

A dieline is the flattened template showing where the box will be cut, folded, and glued. It uses specific line colors: red for cuts, blue for folds, and green for safe zones. Your artwork goes on top of this template as a separate layer.

Always place artwork elements within the final panel boundaries. Do not put important copy across fold lines. Check that barcodes have adequate clear space and meet minimum size requirements. Dieline artwork should be in vector format when possible.

Common Artwork Mistakes.
